What do mission organizations do for these people?

Mission organizations do what ever they can to help these kinds of people get adjusted to the real world, while exposing them to the gospel. They do what they can to get people that they trust to expose these kinds of people to the gospel first, and then the world second. It is important to have these mission organizations teach them the gospel first, because with today's modern technology, and our twisted set of "guidelines", without proper guidance, these people could very easily do things that we consider unacceptable, but they wouldn't know better, because if the world is the first thing they see, then it is almost like their 'home base' However, if the mission organizations show them the gospel first, and then the world, the gospel is their 'home base' and the world is an adventure.
While most mission organizations teach these people the gospel, they also introduce them, slowly, to new technology that can make their life easier. For example, Don's wife helped improve the health of countless Sawi people, using simple medicines that the Sawi did not have. Then, they also brought things like hunting knifes, axes, and more, that were simple, yet made a big difference in the Sawi peoples' lives.
So mission organizations should show these people the Gospel first, but as they show them, slowly ease them into more modern methods and technology, while educating them on the true rights and wrongs of this world.
